Week 3.

jan 12 - I think I will put an hr each day to exercise. At least one hour.. hehe.
For my birthday, I will pay off all of my bills then invest in running shoes and weights :)

Week 2.

January 3rd - January 9th

January 3rd - Its been officially seven days, and i feel great.
push up = 11
sit ups = 31

I had a good talk with the best friend today. Definitely needed. I called him (because we said at least one call a week to each other, now is his turn.)

December 27th - January 2nd

December 27 was a day of failure late at night, I couldn't take it anymore, hopefully things will change after that night.

January 1 was the beginning of my promise to being more healthy and the promise to my best friend

Week 1 May 4 - May 10

Starting all over again, failed the first time badly

Monday, May 4
-Devotion to St. Joseph
-3 Hail Marys: purity of mind, heart, and soul
-spiritual communion
-thank God for what I have

Today is day 13, I last longer then the other time, although its only one more day, its definitely progress.


Need to do:
do math, business, art homework
go to confession and adoration more

  • Is it when you’re tired and trying to fall asleep at night? Wrap a rosary around your hands and pray it until you fall asleep.

  • Is it when you’re in the bathroom? Shower with cold water and leave the bathroom door unlocked.

  • Is it when you’re alone in the house? Call a friend (someone you can trust) and have them pray with you, instead. Be honest with them, rely on them

  • Is it when you have a lot of nervous energy? Get on the ground and do pushups or situps until you can’t barely walk or move. Seriously, bro – you gotta be willing to try something different.

Week 2 Aprl 20 - 27

So I after 12 days. i'm starting again.

Monday.. - I failed cause I did it again
FAILED
Tuesday.. - hung out with best friend for lunch
FAILED
I failed cause I continued to do it. addiction.
then I went to confession and pray.
"you must want to stop, you must have courage"
Wednesday.. - Day 1 all over again.
