Week 3.

jan 12 - I think I will put an hr each day to exercise. At least one hour.. hehe.
For my birthday, I will pay off all of my bills then invest in running shoes and weights :)
1.5 miles
this thingamabob 50-80 lbs.

jan 13
sit ups = 33
push up = 15
