Week 1.

December 27th - January 2nd

December 27 was a day of failure late at night, I couldn't take it anymore, hopefully things will change after that night.

January 1 was the beginning of my promise to being more healthy and the promise to my best friend
push up = 10
sit up = 30

January 2
push up = 10
jumping jacks = 50
